The SFA Connect Application makes it possible to ensure remote operation of your lifting station, in particular:
• Make sure your device is turned on
• Check that the maintenance of your lifting station is up to date
• Get real-time alerts on your smartphone related to any change of status
• Contact our customer service in one click
You can be notified very quickly via a notification or an e-mail. It is then possible to contact our customer service in one click, via the app. You have the option to call or to be called by our customer service, choosing the date and the time slot. The customer service receives real-time alarms and status of your device. If necessary, it sends a technician for an intervention.
